DBX707 comes built around its 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8. The most powerful engine of any production luxury SUV in the world. Engineered by Aston Martin. With the all-devouring 707PS that gives our protagonist its name conjuring a perfect storm of supercar performance.
900Nm, turbocharged
Unlocking the unprecedented. Ball bearing turbochargers reduce friction and free 10,000rpm of extra propulsion. Boosting the total all the way up to a ceiling-shattering 160,000rpm. Every piece of specially spun steel breathes more compressed air, faster, and more efficiently, through the cylinders.
Lightning in a throttle
Rigged with the reactions of a race car. Multi-plated, oil-cooled, designed for racing. Bolstered with a 9-speed ‘wet-clutch’ automatic gearbox. Firing 30% faster gear changes, handling more torque than a typical torque converter. Arming your responses with the feel and agility of a supercar. To allow fast-as-lighting, off-the-line speed with Launch Control. By giving you the power to feed 100% torque directly to the road.
The new dynamics of power

DBX707 comes with a suite of modifications that ensure its ceiling-shattering potential is not just handled, but fully exploited. Programmed ESP delivers greater freedom of expression. With added improvements, the newly calibrated electronic dampers and air springs tighten body control. Realising racetrack reactions and peaking more precision. And a shortened final drive for extra in-gear punch, places you at the epicentre of the car.
Gripping the crown
The remarkable clamping load of the rear e-differential grips every wheel tight to the tarmac. Fine-tuning the already incredibly fine-tailored traction calibration, so you can pinpoint different degrees of power. To all four wheels. At the same time. Concentrating the driver’s control without diluting the purity of the driving experience. Sports + mode still leaves you with room to drift in a way that challenges what you think an SUV can do.
Elevating performance with air suspension
DBX707 embodies a carefully tailored formula of triple chamber air suspension, electronic variable dampers and eARC anti-roll control. In GT mode, earth-smoothing, corner-straightening comfort. Finely tuned damper valves prevent squatting during Launch Control. With eARC offering stability through the body of the car. Even when scything around corners or attacking hairpins, DBX707 rolls 0.7 degrees. Less than a 2-door sportscar. An expectation-defying SUV.
A new height of handling
Powertrain control through a rotary switch on the centre console gives you instant access to a range of five configured drive modes. 'Sport+' mode is designed exclusively for DBX707 to bring you the most intense driving experience. 'Terrain' for off-road driving. 'GT' for maximum touring comfort. 'Sport' for responsive road driving or 'Individual' to select your personal preference for all elements including suspension, steering and exhaust.
Reining in the supreme
Designed to bring 193mph to a heart-stopping halt. At a heat that warps steel. 420mm at the front, 390mm at the rear, cast in carbon ceramic, these are the largest brakes ever fitted to a production Aston Martin. Reducing unsprung mass for greater agility and more reassuring pedal feel.
All devouring aero
The unashamedly unmissable front grille swallows enough cool air to keep DBX707 breathing easy. With increased airflow drawing heat away from the engine, powertrain and brakes to increase cruising capabilities. And allow balanced temperatures when arrowing at high speeds on the track. The rear diffuser pulls low pressure under the car. With drag reduction coming from the rear wing’s ability to manage airflow. Buoyed by brake cooling ducts that bleed air onto carbon ceramic, perfecting body balance and strengthening steering at the same time.
