Northern Rivers Honda - Sales

My wife has a 2019 Honda Jazz - it has developed rust in the front door bottoms and front bumper frame. Discovered by panel beater who fixed earlier rust in bonnet. Car has 6 year rust warranty.
Rang service department at Lismore Honda- “Ann?” told me take it to Superior Smash Repairs Lismore for quote - this was done and quote sent as confirmed by office girl (Jennifer “) weeks ago. Rang a number of times to check progress of claim- Jennifer said once that previous employee Robert had no advanced the claim but she would send it on to Honda assessor’s - this was weeks ago and nothing has been heard from them since.
No return calls or emails.
We live in Byron Bay- it is inconvenient to go to Lismore to chase up personally.
We have owned a number of Hondas- won’t buy another one due to lack off follow up  service .
