COVID-19 OPERATING POLICY
At Frizelle Sunshine Automotive, the health, safety, and wellbeing of our customers, our people, and our community is our greatest priority.
As the current situation continues to evolve, we will monitor and act on advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO), the Australian Department of Health, Queensland Health, and NSW Health to provide the appropriate response to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Under the current QLD Health order, customers who wish to test drive a vehicle, enter the Showroom or Service Reception will be required to scan the QLD Government QR code. NSW customers entering our NSW dealership who wish to test drive a vehicle, enter the Showroom or Service Reception will be required to show proof of vaccination on entry as well as scan our NSW Government QR code.
Please come prepared to scan in at your appointment time to avoid delays at the entrance. We also ask, that when you arrive at the dealership, please be patient, courteous, and understanding with our staff who will have the additional responsibility of ensuring our dealership complies with all QLD and NSW protocol.
